Made from genuine leather, lined with suede, with O-ring. You get 1 collar, and 2 cuffs, one for each wrist. Collar fits about an 11 to 18 inch neck, and cuffs fit about a 4 to 11 inch wrist. Some times it is hard to get a good color match for the suede, if this happens black suede will be used. When ordering if there are any special request for the color of suede to use please email me with your order number in the subject line and your request in the body of the email.
